WELCOME HOME
At South Park UCC, we are committed to creating a welcoming space for everyone, where love and acceptance abound.

WOMEN'S CIRCLE
The Circle: Community Events & Contributions
Join us for our exciting events throughout the year, including the Spring and Fall Rummage Sales, Ice Cream, and our beloved Turkey Dinner. Each August, we collect school supplies for South Park Elementary, ensuring every child is prepared for the school. Our participation in community events like the Halloween Alley and the Shoebox Project highlights our care for local families. Don’t forget to attend our meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of each month to stay involved!

BE KIND FUND
At South Park UCC, we are honored to administer the Be Kind Fund, established through the generosity of the Bernhard Family in memory of Bill Bernhard. This fund extends financial assistance to individuals and families facing unforeseen challenges embodying Bill’s enduring legacy of kindness and compassion. Our mission goes beyond actions; it shapes our way of life. Every meal served, every gift shared, and every prayer offered reflects the visible love of God within our community.
In 2025, Be Kind has given out more than $11,000 to families in the area.

SPARKS
At South Park UCC, we are dedicated to nurturing the faith of all of our members and surrounding community, and providing a supportive environment for their spiritual growth. We meet each Monday from 5:30 to 7 pm as an inter-generational group. We begin with a meal followed by fun activities and mission projects. We always close with a circle of prayer. We hope our "sparks" carry light into the world!

MISSIONS
At South Park United Church of Christ, our Missions Ministry embodies our commitment to living out our faith through service. We strive to love neighbors with compassion and generosity, whether it's through local outreach or global giving. Each month, our dedicated volunteers serve meals at the Cornerstone Rescue Mission, providing not just nourishment but also dignity and hope. We also families in transition by partnering with the McKinney-Vento program to offer New Home Welcome Kits, ensuring everyone feels seen, valued, and loved in our community.
SOUTH PARK UCC COMMUNITY GARDEN
Our Community Garden is a living expression of faith, fellowship, and care for creation. We provide raised garden beds where church members and neighbors can plant, tend, and harvest fresh food for their tables. Together, we nurture both the earth and our relationships—growing not only vegetables, but also community, connection, and gratitude for God’s abundance.
